Memories
Beautiful Home Not cleaned well upon arrival no midweek pool cleaning and it needed it...home had vacuum that was full of dirt making it not useful and the main air vent was coated in dust very unhappy about paying a cleaning fee not sure what I paid for I don't think they cleaned I think the previous renter left it that way and the crew came in and put sheets out. Very disappointing.

Wonderful Fall Getaway
Walking distance to the beach, the kitchen living room area was amazing-created wonderful memories with the family. Kitchen was well stocked. Great layout of the house. The only comment is to move the therapeutic mattress to the master bedroom at kitchen level. Pet friendly which made our vacation even more special. 10 out of 10!!!

OBX Family week
We enjoyed our stay and the house. The house was as advertised. It was clean and everything was as we expected. We had one minor issue that was attended to immediately by the office. Leading up to the rental I had several questions which the owner answered quickly and honestly. Unfortunately we will need a larger space do to kids being adults and need their own space. Otherwise we would probably return to UnWine again. Thanks for the great exppereince.

Could have been better
We had some issues w/ our stay at "Time to Unwine." To start off the week, we entered the house at 4pm, to find that the house had not yet been cleaned & we had paid extra for the linen package, & the beds had not been made yet or towels delivered. Shortly upon our arrival, the cleaning crew showed up, so as we were unpacking, we were in each other’s way. They were there for about 50 minutes. After the cleaning crew left, we realized they did not put sheets on one of the beds. As the rental listing described, a souvenir bag w/ starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, trash can liner, hand soap, dish soap, & dishwasher pod) was to be provided, but none of those items were. Thankfully, we had made a stop at Food Lion before going to the house, b/c there was not a single ply of toilet paper in the house. When we arrived, there was also sand in the pool & hot tub & they were never cleaned out. Some other issues we had were that the ceiling was leaking on the 1st floor by the bar, so we had to put a bucket under it, & we called Dustin (from Coast Realty, who was very responsive) to have someone come out to fix it. A repairman came out & was there for about 2 hours. Another issue we had was that one morning one of the smoke detectors went off & would not stop going off, waking up the half of the house that was still asleep. We couldn’t figure out what the issue was, so we had to call Dustin (again, very responsive) for someone to come out. We had a satisfactory stay. The location was good, w/ plenty of restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the common areas had ample room. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor didn’t stay as cool as the rest of the house. There was plenty of parking onsite & a lot of beach toys & equipment were available for use. We were a little disappointed w/ having the cleaning staff show up after we arrived, along w/ two repairmen having to come out during our stay, but we were happy w/ the responsivene
