Inside you will find an impeccably maintained home with clean lines and modern appeal. From the large soaking tub and updated bathrooms to the well-appointed kitchen and beautiful furnishings there is a lot to fall in love with. The classy fits and finishes throughout make this home feel special. Splashes of color remind all guests that they are at the beach! The open kitchen and living area make for the perfect gathering spot for the whole family. Whether you find yourself reading a good book inside or lounging in the sun by the pool, you can't mistake the Song of Sea (just listen)! During your stay, you will rest parallel to the ocean's indigo horizon & enjoy the sensations as if you were flying along with it. You will be staying in Corolla's furthest northern community and lavishing in the richness of everything it has to offer. This grandiose location will have you weaving through the ocean & sound side parts of the Village of Ocean Hill. The community has 2 pools with a snack bar, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, shuffleboard, a kid's playground, and a fitness center (with a fee). Don't forget to pack the fishing poles for the 10-acre catch-and-release pond. You will be within walking distance of Corolla's wetland boardwalk and a bike path. Make sure to pick up a Carova Parking permit and take a short 4x4 drive to find yourself among the Wild Mustang horses that live wild and free in Carova, or head south to the Currituck Lighthouse, several shopping centers, Corolla's Adventure Park, the Maritime Museum, or the Corolla Wild Horse Museum.
The ground level features a shimmering pool that has ample entertainment space, a bubbly hot tub (great for chilly evenings), an outside shower, a private boardwalk to the beach, two pyramid beds (twin over double), and a half bath. The mid-level showcases a lounging den with a foosball table, TV, and covered deck, along with a grand King Suite with a whirlpool tub, a Queen Master Suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom. The Top level has an additional King Suite, a well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a dining area with a decorative fireplace, a half bath, and a sizeable open great room that has wide decks overlooking the golden sand of the beach. Everyone will feel the royal treatment when staying in Song of the Sea!

EST family time!
We rented the house for the week of Thanksgiving for five adults and 2 children. The house afforded comfortable rooms for everyone! The beach front location allowed for quick trips to the beach. We didn't want to leave
We very much enjoyed the house, the proximity to the beach, the lovely pool and hot tub.The house was spotless when we arrived. We appreciated the open kitchen and the views of the ocean. Excellent location
Property was as described, excellent location with private beach access. The property, including the exterior are well maintained and clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for large family prepping all meals at home. The rental company reps were very helpful and patient with questions. Having rented from other companies in past, we've found beach chairs for at least 4, were typically included. I did not check the posting for this home as found it to be standard in years past, but remember to bring your own as this property does not provide any beach chairs. They do however have ample, comfortable outdoor seating on the decks and poolside. A Beach Gem!
We really enjoyed our stay at Song of the Sea. It has everything we could ask for. It was clean, the view of the ocean was sensational. The pool was a lovely alternative to the ocean. With just steps to the beach, we got to watch beautiful sunrises! Places to eat were close by. The real estate company was super responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back. Absolutely amazing. The home was beautiful and extremely clean. It was probably the best vacation we ever had. The only drawback was the amount of steep stairs and the hard to open sticking sliding door that faces the beach. Other than those two things everything else was perfect. Another week at OBX
We are regulars to the Outer Banks and the Corolla Area. We have stayed at Song of the Sea a number of times. The location is fantastic. Beachfront and close to corolla village and plenty of restaurants. Recommend Wild Horse Tours for a trip up to the 4X4 to see the wild horses. Our only issue was that the cable/internet had issues that couldn't be fixed immediately, and it was out from Friday night through Sunday when we left. Great Home
We had a great stay at this house. It was at a caldesac, which made it slightly secluded. The house was beach front with beautiful views from many rooms and balconies. We had a pool and private walkway to beach. It was perfect for our family. We saw dolphins every day. Heaven in Song of the Seas
Stayed there in June. Perfect. Clean. Comfy. Updated. Right on the beach. Pool was great. Lots of room and bathrooms. Internet was super fast. Kitchen and a ton of utensils and stuff for cooking. Song of the Sea Review
The location and house are awesome. The sunset views from the decks can’t be beat! The house was very clean and maintained. Only suggestions would be for the bunk beds to be placed on the middle floor instead of the ground floor. The mattresses need updated but overall were comfortable. The location of this house is perfect and going the end of May was a perfect time. There was 2 windy chilly days but nothing that prevented going on the beach and swimming in the pool. I do recommend paying extra for having the pool heated. It was nice on those chilly days. A few deck boards need replaced on both levels. Other than those few things, the house, location, cleanliness and amenities were perfect. I highly recommend this house and we plan to rent this house again next year. Beautiful home perfect location
We loved our stay, the house was perfect lots of space, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect and views were stunning. The house was very clean, the pool was great we loved the heat option, my kids didn’t want to leave the house. Wonderful vacation, spectacular views!
The house is beautiful and the ocean views are amazing. We loved our time at Song of the Sea. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks, but we loved the house and location so much, we mostly stayed at the house. We paid extra for the pool heat for our April visit and it worked out perfectly. We were in the pool everyday and the water temp was very warm. The location is excellent and we loved playing and walking on the beach. We even saw a pod of dolphins one evening while eating dinner. There are so many windows upstairs, you see the ocean everywhere you look. The only minor negative was that the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes well. We ended up just handwashing everything since we were re-doing a bunch of the dishes every time. We didn’t call the management about it, as it wasn’t a huge deal to us, but it would be great if that is fixed or replaced for next time.
