We called to see if we could go in at 3:50pm and was told no because the cleaning people had not even got there to clean and it would take about 1 1/2 hours to clean as long as the people before us didn’t leave a mess
They arrived about about 4:45 to clean and our place was not ready till 6:45pm almost 3 hours later
Then we were not told the code was for the second floor only and does not work on the third floor cause the third floor was the owners lock and realtor had nothing to do with that code

October visit to Duck
Very nice, clean and well equipped house within a three minute walk to the beach. There is a beautiful new pool. great time at the Salty Beach
We had a lovely stay. Rental Company was very responsive to our service needs. (AC was out when we arrived.) The beds are VERY comfortable. Everything was new and very tastefully decorated. We had someone with us that had mobility issues so the beach was a bit far of a walk for them. We tried to drive down and park but the parking is limited to about 3 cars, which I understand because they are expecting people to walk.
