This newly remodeled, six (6) bedroom oceanfront has plenty of space to gather but also plenty of quiet nooks where guests are able to find privacy and relaxation while Dolphin gazing! The well-equipped kitchen offers up a great spot for entertaining and staying close to the action. The open, adjoining living space offers a 75-inch 4K HDTV, plenty of seating, and spectacular views of the Atlantic. The dining room is grand and spacious with a large marble table that can easily seat the whole family! Having a front row seat to the ocean has it's perks! The unmistakable sound of waves crashing while taking in the salt air really does heal everything! The large pool area has plenty of seating and is a natural gathering space during all season. Renting in the spring or fall? The pool can be heated for a fee!

The ground level features a large game room w/pool table, wet bar, full-size refrigerator and entertainment center. On this level of the home you will find the washer and dryer room. There is also (1) bedroom w/2 twins and hall bath. The sliders lead out to to the private pool and walkway to the beach.
The middle level offers up two (2) Masters w/ Kings, (1) bedroom w/King, (1) bedroom w/ Queen and bunk set and full hall bath along with a second laundry room w/washer and dryer. The hot tub is situated on the mid level decks.
The top level of Paws and Claws is undoubtedly THE spot for incredible views! Besides tons of space to hang out and relax, you will find (1) Master w/King (and soaking tub), spacious living Room w/75 inch HDTV, elegant dining area, powder room and an extremely well appointed kitchen. The sunroom is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail all while taking everything there is to love about being on the oceanfront. Also on this level is a loft that is perfect for catching a nap or reading a great book.

Wonderful Thanksgiving week stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at Paws and Claws for our family Thanksgiving this year! The house is well appointed, kitchen very well stocked to cook large and small meals, room layouts are great and the views cannot be beat! We were even pleasantly surprised by a huge amount of "goodies" to make this particular stay even better...roasting pan, kids Thanksgiving themed activities, doggie bags, candy. Family vacation at Paws and Claws
We were well pleased at the residence of Paws and Claws. The home was beautifully decorated with panoramic views of the ocean. The sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking. It was a huge home, actually a little more than what we needed for the 5 of us, but we all enjoyed the extra spaces. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool when we didn't want to go out on the beach. We never did experience the hot tub as the weather was so beautiful, we didn't want to waste a moment not being outside on the beach.Beach access was so accessible to us all. We thoroughly enjoyed the drive on the beach at the location to see the wild horses. The area was perfect for dining out and shopping for whatever you needed. We were allowed to bring our dogs. They definitely enjoyed running on the beach. The area was very family oriented. The neighbors and locals were very friendly. We met quite a few people and enjoyed visiting on the beach and walking. A heavenly beach week
We had a lovely time at Paws & Claws.
The house was as pictured.
The AC worked beautifully all week. And the house was very comfortable
The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Everything was clean and very nice.
It was a great location, very close to the park. Easy distance to walk or bike to town.
The management company was exceptionally responsible and resolved a few minor problems, as soon as requested.
We would love to opportunity to to stay again.

Spectacular View
The views from this property are phenomenal! The deck is beautiful! The living room is spacious and comfy. The pool is the best pool we've ever had in 10 years renting in Corolla! The staff was very responsive - we had a maintenance issue and they came out very quickly. Just a couple of minor details that are not deal could have been a tad cleaner (railings on steps were sticky); there was no can opener and no storage bowls...just an FYI for future renters. Great place to bring dogs for a beach vacation
House had a great layout - loved the many windows direct view of the beach from top floor living room. Nice reading room off the main living area. Deck could use a little maintenance (nail pops), and house was slightly worn, but to be expected for allowing dogs. Pool was great - six feet on one end, made it hard to play volleyball, but that's just us. Loved the beach access private walk. Beautiful neighborhood - walking distance to nature path, and nearby pickleball courts. Paws and Claws
Paws and Claws was a great vacation home for our family. The view is spectacular, and the house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay there.
