Located in the peaceful Gull's Flight community, this spacious six-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and features an elevator, private pool, hot tub, theater room, game room, and private walkway to the beach. Whether your crew is here for long beach days, relaxing poolside, or family time together, this home gives everyone room to enjoy vacation their own way.

The top level is designed for gathering, with a wall of oceanfront windows bringing the coastal scenery into the great room. Relax in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or step onto the deck to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic with your morning coffee. A cozy ship's-watch area offers a quieter spot for reading or puzzles, while an ensuite bedroom provides a private retreat with its own bath and deck access.

The fun continues throughout the rest of the home. The middle level offers four bedrooms, each with deck access, along with spacious outdoor areas and convenient laundry facilities. Downstairs, kids and teens can claim their own space with bunk accommodations, a game room with pool table and foosball, and a private theater room with its own kitchenette. Outside, enjoy the private pool and hot tub, then follow the private walkway over the dune to the beach. Just a few miles north of Duck Village, Over the Moon gives you the perfect combination of oceanfront relaxation and easy access to Duck's restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Ground Level: The lower level is the perfect hangout space for kids, teens, and the young at heart. A bunk room includes two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a private bathroom, while an additional den offers another bunk set. The game room features a pool table, foosball, and bar seating, while the private theater creates the perfect setting for family movie nights. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave keeps snacks and drinks close by, and a half bathroom adds convenience.

First Level: The middle level is dedicated to sleeping accommodations and outdoor living. Four bedrooms provide comfortable spaces for guests to recharge, and each has access to the deck. Two bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms, while two additional queen bedrooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with accessibility-friendly features. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this level. Outside, expansive decks offer room to relax in the ocean breeze, and the private walkway to the beach can be accessed directly from the deck.

Second Level: The top floor is where the home's incredible oceanfront setting takes center stage. The great room features expansive ocean-facing windows, comfortable seating, a large TV, and easy access to the kitchen and dining areas. The well-equipped kitchen includes ample workspace and breakfast-bar seating, while the oceanfront deck provides several places to relax and enjoy the view.
