OBX -Long weekend
This was very easy to book. The house location was ideal, a very short walk over the dunes! The house is very cozy, but had everything we needed. I would say that the carpets are very stained; it would be great if they switched to LVP throughout the house. The light in the outside bathroom was out, but maintenance came and quickly fixed that. They were very responsive. We had a great time while here.

Great stay
Broken and missing blinds on kitchen door but we just hung a blanket over it. Property had everything we needed. (games, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, body boards) i would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at My Three Gulls
We had a great vacation at this home. We’ve had other family stay here, so we knew the house would be great. Loved everything about it, very stocked from the kitchen to outside. Realtor and maintenance were great, only some
Minor issues and they were on it. We will be staying here again!!!

Wonderful home
We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at this lovely house. Working directly with the owner and with Coast Realty was a pleasure and both were very nice and took care of every possible need and concern. Our only issue was that there was too much "stuff" in the kitchen cabinets that appeared to have accumulated over the years. A lot of excess clutter in the cabinets and drawers, not much room to store food, etc. Other than that, this is a beautiful, well-loved family home!

Amazing Week at My Three Gulls
This was one of many trips we’ve taken to OBX. We have always stayed in different areas and this was our first time in Kill Devil Hills. While the area is a bit older, this house was great! It had more kitchen gadgets, utensils, etc than any other rental we’ve ever been too. The decor was perfect and inviting, everything was very comfortable. The hot tub and area to lounge under the house was a favorite spot for our adult children. The porch swing and outer furniture on the main deck were awesome in the morning and evening. And the view from the 2nd level deck was great to watch a glimpse of the sunrise. Highly recommend for a family or group of eight.

Wonderful House
This house was amazing - it was stocked full of anything we could think of. The location was fantastic - close to the beach, a great ice cream shop, Dare Devils Pizza, and grocery store...just to list a few. I’m very grateful you shared your home with us - thank you!

A needed getaway with my kids
We walked in and all I heard was “mom, this is so beautiful!!” Each kid had their own room and 1 to spare. The home was so close to the beach and the decks made for gorgeous sunset views. The hot tub was the highlight for the girls but the hammock was my oasis!

Very nice house!
How was very nice! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Nicely decorated and the location was great, right across the street from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Multi Carr Vacation FL/NJ
We came from two different parts of the east coast and wanted to get together because of not being able to due to Covid and sports schedules with the Grandchildren. We decided to meet in the middle and this is where we picked. It was great to see and spend quality time with each other. We all fell in love with our temporary home. It was more than we had expected. All the comforts of home without having to pack everything. Thank you very much for sharing with us.we all give it a 10.
