A wonderful experience
The house was exactly as described and was perfect for all the guests and dogs we had with us. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 dogs. No issues at all. Coast Realty was very easy to work with and responded quickly. Would highly recommend, especially if you have pets with you!

Good Vibe
We had a great week staying at It's a Vibe in Kitty Hawk. The house was comfortable and had a beautiful pool and everything we needed. There was even a wagon there to carry our beach gear.

Recent August stay
The house has pluses and minuses. The advantages: the house was clean, it is a short walk to the beach, the decks are expansive and the crows nest deck has a wonderful view, the pool area is clean and very nice, the host accommodated our 4 dogs. The rooms are fine. The master bedroom is spacious. The cons: We cooked a lot and the kitchen area is small, the pans were poor quality to cook, the TV on the main living room was small for the space, the dining table was old and chairs uncomfortable and too low for the table. 3 chaise lounges around the pool were broken. The management company replaced them.

Very happy with our stay!
The biggest thing for us is having enough space for everyone and our dogs when going on vacation. It's a vibe definitely fit the bill. It was in a great location, close enough to the beach and all activities in the obx but also there were a lot of amenities in the house (i.e. games, pool Items, etc). The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future!

Fabulous Beach Vacation at Kitty Hawk- It's a Vibe
We (family and friends) had a great beach vacation recently at the It's a Vibe rental property at Kitty Hawk.

The house and very spacious, comfortable, well furnished and convenient. Rooms, Beds and futon are very comfortable. Beach access is one block away and just 5 min walk. 5 to 10 min drive to multiple shopping options, including groceries. Beach cart is very handy. AC works well and is cool inside but cannot go below 70. Enjoyed the fabulous swimming pool and enclosed outside shower. Hammocks are clean. Eagles or Bird's Nest gave excellent view of the ocean, the general area and July 4th fireworks. Lots of cups, glasses, dishes, utensils, cooking pots, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with icemaker, Kuerig coffee maker etc. Parking for 6 to 7 cars, including covered parking for 2. Also has a charging plug for electric cars. Lots of furnished deck space in the front and back at two levels. Lots of shade on porch. There was enough covered deck for pet dog to hang out longer than just early dawn and dusk.
There is a top load washer with dryer on top, but dryer takes a long time to dry clothes.

Coast Realty was very responsive with any questions or needs, and pleasant to work with. The rental process, including check-in/checkout, was smooth and efficient, and instructions/directions provided were clear. In fact, Coast Realty and Its a Vibe property are clearly the best we have had so far for our beach vacations over the years.

Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our care-free stay. We strongly recommend Its a Vibe property and Coast Realty for beach vacation rentals in the Outer Banks area and look forward to using them in the future.

2023 vacation
Had a very good time love the house. The only thing I could suggest is getting some furniture around the pool that is not broken.

Great Week at It’s a Vibe
We enjoyed a fantastic week at this property. We had everything we needed, and our dog was with us! We loved the pool, and we were very close to the beach. It was so nice to be able to watch sunrises and sunsets from the crow’s nest- lovely! The location was also close to many restaurants. We definitely would like to rent this property again!
