Higher Vibe

Very Convenient to Beach, Overall Nice Cottage
Higher Vibe is in an ideal location, a very walkable 2 short blocks to the beach with direct beach access. The home was comfortable and clean with a well-stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, etc. (One minor note: a pair of scissors would be a good addition). There was also a hot tub right outside the living room, although we didn't use it. Although the layout is a bit funky, it still works just fine. A/C works really fine, too, if you're hot-blooded! Also a perk: the 2 bathrooms (one with shower; one with tub) are newly renovated, which eliminated any "ick" factor that sometimes happens with older properties, even when they're clean. The only down points we could possibly mention are truly minor: better (updated) instructors for the TV would be helpful (it was opening weekend for college football and the setup didn't work well with our YouTubeTV subscription (NetFlix was great -- that is, if you're coming to the beach and needing to watch TV); and the very necessary dehumidifer (we owned a beach home in Texas and absolutely get it!) in the LR is super loud and cycles on/off constantly, so you find yourself yelling at each other over it, and/or constantly adjusting the TV volume up/down/up/down).The neighborhood was quiet -- even on a holiday weekend -- and the ability to bring our mini doodle made for a relaxing and joyful seaside weekend.

Great stay close to the beach!
Great house very close to the beach! It was very clean and well cared for. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would recommend this house to our friends and family and hope to stay again in the future!

Comfortable, convenient beach house.
My husband and I had a lovely stay at higher vibe. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The close proximity to the beach was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed the hot tub during our stay too. Would definitely recommend this sweet little Beach House!

Perfect little getaway
We had a wonderful time , this rental had everything we needed even the beach chairs and a umbrella , a close walk to the beach, The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking a meal in , perfect for a small family or a couple friends. And a hot tub to relax in the evening .Definitely will be booking this property again .
