This home is included in the AVALON BEACH IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION {ABIA, INC} which means our guests have access to our private parking lot located just South of AVALON PIER and the Sound, which is located on the Sound at the end of Avalon Dr. Put the kids to bed and join the locals for live music and dancing at Avalon Pier.

Our new favorite location
The cottage was adorable, spotless, and perfect location. My teenage daughters said it was LIT.. The only thing that I wasn’t very pleased about was the linen package that should be part of the upfront terms and agreement instead, if you didn’t find out until after you booked the property.- Anonymous from stillwater , Posted: 7/30/2026
Girls Getaway- High Vibes
My two daughters and I chose this flat-top nostalgic beach house for so many reasons. It is sooo cute!! It is one road over from Beach Rd.,walking distance to Avalon pier, Awful Arthur's, comes with an oceanfront parking pass, has 3 bedrooms and centrally located on the island. It also has a stacked washer dryer that is brand new! I am somewhat a local to the OBX, having lived here part-time several years ago, and been taking my family to the OBX forever lol!
Overall, I highly recommend and plan to rent again.
What could they improve? The living room seating area. Get a new sofa, and add a loveseat for more seating. Get rid of the lousy chair and replace with a big comfy chair. Let the air go at least to 68, not stay at 70. And the twin bedroom needs a little TLC.
