Excellent stay with the perfect house!
We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was clean and perfect for us. The location is great with only a short walk to the beach. We would confidently recommend this home to others!

Amazing family getaway
This house was spacious and clean. The pool was perfect for us because there were 4 children under 11. We made the short walk to the beach in the morning and hit the pool after lunch. The beach equipment, such as the wagon, toys and chairs that were provided, were used daily and greatly appreciated! The game room was a hit with the whole family. The wet bar including the full size fridge located in the game room was perfect due to the closeness to the pool area. This beautiful house helped make our family getaway one to remember.

Perfect
Great place with lots of space! Pool and hot tub were lots of fun with room for everyone. If I could change one thing I would add some bunk beds to one of the bedrooms. Thank you

Fun Family Vacation
We had 11 people in our group. Ranging from 8 to 67 years old. The house was perfect for our group. Great to have pool and hot tub. Great place to stay. Good communication with your company.

Perfect for extended family group vaca! Lots of room!
We stayed in this house for a week on our Outer Banks vaca with a group of 12. This included a set of grandparents + their adult sons, wives and kids (most of whom were teens and early 20s). So a combo of 3 sets, essentially.

Lots of room to spread out, even with a large group we did not at all feel crowded.

The pool was great, a perfect size for cooling off after a full beach day. Plenty of seating and a warm outdoor shower for getting the sand off.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plus it was just a nice home. The furnishing, appliances, etc. were all in great shape.

We used a grocery delivery service (Delivery Genie) that seemed to have no issues setting up for us prior to arrival, so we are ready to vacation as soon as we walked in the door. I think we did have a little bit of a buffer between our reservation and the previous, which may have made this possible. So, you may want to give them a heads up that are wanting to do this just to be sure. If it is possible, I also highly recommend doing this!

The walk to the beach was not bad at all. We brought chairs because I couldn't tell if there were beach accessories at the house, but it turned out there were several chairs there already, as well as wagon. However! The sand is super soft and not compact at all. So a regular wagon doesn't cut it. It is worth bringing the wagons with the bigger wheels that are cut out for that kind of thing.

There isn't a ton with in walking distance. But, there is a pizza place with fantastic deep dish and a great restaurant (Steamers) that is. Also, a Walgreens that is very close for any personal items forgotten to pack or OTCs needed.

We had a little issue with the lock on arrival, but it may have been user error. Either way, they were super fast at helping us out and getting us in.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Especially if you are trying to accommod

Outer Banks Bonanza
Great time in the Outer Banks with a comfortable, large home which easily accommodated our 14 member family. The house was in excellent condition except for a few minor issues....a broken chair on the deck and a non functioning video game which the kids couldn't use. The grill is small and not useful for a large cookout. The swimming pool was very popular and a must considering the heat and humidity. Great location to the ocean, golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property manager responded in a timely manner for a few minor issues. Would highly recommend this property.

Great House
We enjoyed our vacation very much. The only thing I could suggest was bigger beds in the lower level. Otherwise we had a great time.

A vacation from Heaven at Heavenly Hangout
The house is beautiful. Very clean, nice furniture, really good beds and the design was perfect for our family of 10. The pool was serviced several times while we were there and was sparkling clean. The parking was also excellent. There was room for our three cars and we never had to move a car for another to get out. We were close to the main road so picking up groceries and running to Walmart was a five minute trip from the house. The access to the beach was a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well stocked. I have nothing but praise for this house. Also, Dustin from Coast Realty was a real Angel!!

Beautiful Vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay back in August at Heavenly Hangout. We had enough space for everyone and the kiddos all had fun! We had beautiful weather all week! The only thing downside was the arcade machine was not working for our stay and we were not able to use our pool for a day due to the chemicals being off.

Wonderful week with family at Heavenly Hangout!
This house was perfect for our three families with teens & pre teens. Space for everyone and some to spare. The game room, pool and hot tub were a huge plus for the house. No beach views, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Quick, easy walk to the beach.
