Great stay
Very good experience. The house was great - best stocked kitchen of any rental I've ever done, along with plenty of available beach equipment. The short walk to the beach thrilled our 10 year old grandchild. Thanksgiving on the Outer Banks
Great location to both the beach and places such as grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for 7 family members and a small dog. Great beach house and beach location
This is our fifth summer spending a week at Cleared to Land and it always suits our familly well. We especially love the screened porch and swing. Also, the beach is easily accessed and never crowded (even during our gorgeous week in August).
Our two recommendations for repairs are:
1) The refrigerator door slams against the wall
2) The sliding door to the screened porch is REALLY hard to slide.

Fabulous Beach Vacation House
This house had everything we needed - plenty of bedrooms, large kitchen, enough decks so everyone could have some outdoor time. The beach chairs and cart were very useful for the quick walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was super helpful for keeping the house relatively sand-free. Very Pleasant Experience
We had a great family trip! The house was perfect. We had an issue with the dishwasher while we were there and Coastal Realty quickly sent someone by to fix the issue. Fabulous stay at Cleared to Land
This was our family's 2nd time staying at Cleared to Land and it was just as great as the first time! The house is in such a fantastic location... just a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The house itself is fantastic! VERY well stocked kitchen - it has everything you need to feed your family. Lots of games, TONS of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie/skim boards. The extra fridge in the storage room was so helpful for overflow ice and drinks. The hot tub was a wonderful alternative when the beach was too hot. Great home
The house was perfect. Great upgrades. Very clean. Great location and full of everything you need for the perfect vacation. Loved the beach cart, umbrellas, chairs and the hot tub! Great time in OBX
We had a fabulous time. The rental was a perfect location and had excellent views even though is was not right on the beach.
